Stahl Produces Color Forecast for Spring Summer 2010The poster uses a striking image which is ideal for both decorative and functional purpose. The booklet, on the other hand, has been designed to provide customers with additional illustrative information which attempts to suggest how and where the colors may be used thus creating a clearer understand of the background thinking behind its design. The aim is to bring into focus a closer relationship between fashion effects and colors and ways in which leather will support these.

The booklet presents two themes, "Bringing the unexpected to everyday!" and "creating a sense of individuality!" With fashion trends changing so quickly in today's world, the booklet presents designers and consumers with a creative vista of appealing "appetizers" divided into six groups of color, each with an individual feel.

The first, For your eyes only, is partly inspired by the anticipated launch of a new Bond film. The exciting world of the modern young woman, a hint of exotic chic, Mexican sun, Acapulco and luxury hacienda living are reflected in exotic colors from dreamy sunsets, desert dust and the warmth glow of hacienda terracottas.

From a world of soft glowing colors the next plunges into the depths of Jungle Creation. The Amazonian rain forest and the richness of nature give rise to a chameleon-like range of brilliant warm saturated greens, blues browns and purples providing seductive interplay of shadow and light.

Just as the rain forest gives way to its rivers and the sea, so the next group of colors, Out of the Ordinary, is one of aquatic splendor. The colors, pinks, ochres and greens, give a kaleidoscope of translucent and bright lights that are reminders of a mystifying tropical underwater world with a feeling of glamor and airiness.
Out of the jungle, out of the water and back on land, the world of Iper Couture with its non-colors links with innovative design and architecture in mainly pastel colors that result in an almost mono look that is neutral, balanced and almost surreal. Gentle colors and gentle effects and design are at the heart of this group.
Moving to deeper tones and still in a mood of gentleness, Simple in Purity is almost inevitably the next group of colors. Basic tints, once again with most colors except green, give an impression of natural dyes obtained from fermenting grains alongside beige, browns and blues to give an impression of country life. There's a feeling of linear and minimal aesthetic reminiscent of shaker craftsmanship.

From soft and gentle, the all powerful Hybrid Environment colors are a complete contrast. Vibrant, brilliant colors across the spectrum are inspired by cartoons and artistic spontaneity and in a wild imagination of playfulness, humor, energy and optimism. The whole group is one of primary colors that face you right in the eyes.
